Flooring material suggestions?

I'm remodeling a houseboat, and I can't figure out what I can use for the floor. It has to be okay with high humidity, because it's a boat, and it needs to be okay with getting wet. It also needs to be a material with some flexibility to it, because the floors aren't totally level and getting them that way is pretty much impossible. Ideally it'll be a floating system that's easy to install.

Laminates are probably out because of the humidity. Carpet or carpet tiles would have the flexibility I need, but I don't like them. I don't know if cork would work? Help, please?
