Can anyone help me identify this weed?

It grows under a bird feeder so it might be something from the mix. But I've looked all the common types of birdseed plants up and haven't found it yet. It stands a good 7 feet. Probably as wide as tall. Candelabra type of shape. No hairs on leaves. Smooth and waxy feeling. No smell really and a thick hard woody trunk.

    Palmer amaranth, Amaranthus palmeri, I'm pretty sure. Look it up. Supposedly one of the most aggressive weeds of agricultural crops. I see it popping up in soybean fields in New Jersey. But amaranths can be tough to I.d. If you don't have a specimen.
