Sorry no one has responded to your question yet. I don't have one so can't offer much advise but I have grown Zygopetalum, which is one of the parents. I guess it would be about 24" tall with the flower spike a bit taller. A Zygopetalum scent will fill a large room but you can't count on that in the cross.

I hear it both ways. I am looking for fragrance that wafts a room. What do you think?

I have had experience with 2, Zygopetalum mackayi and a hybrid cross between 2 Zygos, ( I don't recall the names). They are both fragrant , the hybrid you can smell from a foot or two away while the mackayi you can smell from a room away. They are more fragrant during the day, much less at night.

Terri, you are buying an intergeneric orchid (Zygopetalum x Aganisia) so it is a lottery, especially so if the plant is a seedling (raised from seed rather than a copy...mericlone)

If perfume is your first wish. you might be better off buying a Zygopetalum.

That makes sense. It seems like the difference between a mericlone cattleya versus seedling cross. I will look for the Zygopetalum. Thanks!
