Hard to tell on my iPad but the brown spots may be just some bruising. By working in a greenhouse for 13 1/2 years & a gardener I really look for any evidence of insects or disease & don't see anything there. The brown discolor on the leaf edges could be from sun burning the leaves a bit &/or lack of humidity. Spraying the plant with water periodically & keeping it away from heat & sun should correct this problem. As with bringing any new plant into the house, it's usually a good idea to keep it away from your other plants for a short period of time to make sure there aren't insects or disease.
