Need help with the siding on our cottage

we are having a mudroom added to our cottage and unfortunately our contractor found out that the siding is no longer available. The siding was just installed 3 years ago so we really don't want to pay to side the whole cottage again. Can you suggest a way to proceed so it doesn't look terrible. The mudroom is going the back where the last window is. (See last photo)
