Hi kerriesmyres, thank you for your question! This home was not located in a neighborhood restricted by any historic preservation guidelines. Although the homes located in the historic districts around town are limited to the extent of changes that can be made, there are still many design options that can be put to use in order to give them a very nice updated feel while still preserving the historic value.
