My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

HAVE: Canna and Hibiscus

I have one trades worth (7-10) seeds of mixed yellow and red canna lily seeds. I also have the same amount of Luna Rose Hibiscus. I would prefer carnivorous plant seeds, elephant ear seeds/bulb, or even if you want to go big I would love an orchid . Feel free to make other trades because many things interest me
