Looking for a builder in Madison, WI area

We are looking for a good reliable custom builder to build our 5000 sqft home in Madison, WI. We are looking for a smaller builder who can do a good job in customizing our home and provide a good value for our money. We don't want to go with the big parade type builders as they are known to tag on additional costs and surcharges to each of their bids. Any help appreciated.

Hi Jane, you can try the Find Pros tab up above. I would suggest meeting with a few prior to choosing. Building a house is a large time investment and you want to make sure that you're going to enjoy spending time with the person you're working with. I've heard great things about Keuler Construction.
