My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Rear counter and backsplash?

Is that a Stainless steel countertop around the stove? Also, what is the makeup of subway tile back splash and where did you find it?

    Yes, the counter tops are stainless steel, the island is marble. The back splash is made from grouted marble tiles that came from Lowes. We had to purchase several extra boxes to sort through and color match but these were almost identical to tiles from a specialty store at a fraction of the cost and we didn't have to wait weeks for them to be ordered.
