My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your question about the Deschutes House. For the red cedar siding, we used Sikkens Cetol semi transparent stain, half Butternut and half Natural colors. We have some amazing new professional photos of the house, but cannot release them until May, when the house will be featured in LUXE Pacific NW magazine!
