Sorry to hear your plant hasn't bloomed yet for you. I haven't grown Murraya paniculata in years but when I did mine bloomed when it was a small plant. I would suggest increasing the amount of light you are giving it. Mine had full sun in the morning then dappled sun in the afternoon. Inside it received full sun in a south facing window. What kind of potting mix are you using? I used the fast draining 5:1:1 mix with Dynamite All Purpose Select slow release fertilizer (15-5-9). Where did you get your plant? Did you grow it from seed? There are different cultivars out there, some bloom at a much earlier age.

Unfortunately I can increase more the amount of light. But I'd be surprised if it would be not enough. The whole afternoon the sun shines inside. (In outdoor there was forenoon sun)

The potting mix is hungarian product, but I didn't look the brand, only the
composition. It's high PK and microelements. I bought the plant last year summer in a nursery. It was small, about 10 cm. In that year doesn't grow or bloom. In this year grow much, now it's about 40 cm tall. I don't know it is from seed or not. Maybe yes and/or bad cultivar?

I also thought about pruning your plant to help it get bushier and to try to induce it to bloom. Also good tips about letting it dry between waterings.
