knobs vs. drawer pulls

For a country/ traditional kitchen, is it best to put knobs or drawer pulls on the drawers and cabinets. We are redoing an early 90's oak kitchen in white and are wondering what would look the best. It originally had drawer pulls and they need to be replaced. Any opinions on this topic?

I would say my new kitchen is traditional and I did both in my kitchen. I put pulls on all the drawers and lower cabinets and put knobs on the upper cabinets.
