This year, a lot of my pole green bean plants were left on the trellis and now the pods are all dried out and beans inside are also dry. I saved some seeds for next year, but can I use the rest in soups? I'm wondering because the pods have signs of mold on the outside, but they look good on the inside. Here is some pics.
