My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for the compliment. This is in an house build in the 50's with a challenge with ceiling heights at the basement. So we analyzed all low hanging elements (mostly duct work) and reconfigured the ducts to a achieve a 7'-4" clear ceiling heights with 6'-5" at the corridor where we concealed all the duct-work. It surprisingly feels much taller.

      Yes the ceiling material is a corrugated perforated metal with a painted finish that is applied at the factory.

      We specified and carefully detailed a high performance wall system and high performance coating for the floor that directly bonds to the concrete.

      Is the corrugated metal used for the ceiling available easily? Who is the manufacturer, please?

      We used a Fry Reglet acoustical wall panel and
      fastened it with exposed stainless steel screws and trim washers.
