They would work, but you could possibly go with a red or hunter green depending on the window manufacturer to give you a bit more Pop!

I find white windows to be really ugly with most wood sidings. They look cheap and the contrast with the wood is too strong. I would recommend either a warm rust colour if the siding is light and you like a bit of colour. Or a darker neutral like Tweed (Milgard Essence) if you don't want colour. If your wood is darker, then you could go with a nice green or blue, or maybe a cream colour.
