My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It does come assembled and it is poplar with MDF veneer

What color would you best describe this as? Mainly gray? Also, are there shelves inside the cabinet doors? Thank you!

I would say it's more tan than grey, but definitely is a greyish-tan with an antique finish rubbed on top of the grey-tan base tone. Here's a close up photo I just took of the finish, and yes it has interior shelving (included on secondary pic).

Does the drawer actually open? What are the dimension of the sink?

Yes, it does come assembled and the sink is 15-1/2"W x 12"

Does the height listed inclusive of the legs + countertop? Or is that in addition to the 35"? Thanks!
