Well, charlee, THAT is *definitely* a more space saving solution. Lucky for us, our bathroom isn't quite that tiny! We have enough space for a very small sink vanity and separate toilet, next to the shower. Right now, however, an elongated toilet sticks out a bit in front of the shower, and with the commercial solution it sounds like it would give the clearance in front of the shower.

lol, charleee. We're beginning a big remodel, so I won't be the one to have to replace the toilet (Amen!). I just need to make a selection, and I'm hoping you and others may have words of wisdom about that particular toilet as an option. It's not exactly common, so it makes me a little nervous.

Beseaside - I love the look of a pretty, wall hung sink! Hoping to do that in my powder room. But in my master bath I feel like I *need* the workspace of a vanity top. I'm looking to replace with a vanity that has an open space below, so that the floor is visible, to add more open feeling.

Round bowl toilets usually take up less space this one is actually wall hung and this vanity would be nice with it also wall hung both from Wayfair. which is often my go to for bathroom stuff

Commercial toilets are generally pressure assisted, with much larger water lines and different fittings. You're not seeing the expensive parts and the space that they take up if you think they are cheaper or smaller.

I agree the wall mounted toilets are the direction to go, but they are very expensive because of all the valves etc in the wall.
