About Us

Studied Interior Design at University of Illinois & a graduate of Harrington Institute of Interior Design, Chicago Worked in Commercial Interior Design for Interior Inc. Chicago as a Jr Designer Headed up the Interior Design Department at Schmidt Garen & Erikson Architects & Engineers which provided commercial interior design services for corporations and healthcare facilities all across the USA Started my own firm & provided interior design services for the Lyons Eye Health Center, Chicago Consulted at Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Medical Center for Interiors throughout the campus Designed a number of showrooms in the Merchandise Mart for manufacturers displaying products Provided residential design services in the Chicago western suburbs Services Provided: Layouts, interior furnishings suggestions, colors and accessories for homes via email by means of plans and photos adjusted to reflect suggestions.

Because I am providing quick, limited services, the charge for my services is minimal at $75 per hr. I provide layouts, color suggestions, photo illustrations & suggestions for interior furnishings. It's $50 for the first hour paid to my PayPal or Venmo account prior to work commencing. Beverly was completely honest about my home! At first, I couldn’t see what she was talking about thinking my home was Spanish because of the arched windows and señorita on the front door. Beverly identified my house as a MCM and provided pictures of other homes like mine, as well as pictures for lighting options, and a retouched photo of my original photo. I’ve piece-milled our home for years trying to get it to work, but have never been satisfied. I am now taking Beverly’s advice and would recommend anyone else take note of her ideas and go with them!

She had some very good idea for my addition to a red brick ranch, including pictures. BeverlyFLADeziner, here is a link the contractor provided for the material. It will be the Cedar Peaks. https://www.provia.com/vinyl-siding/colorsI would appreciate input. The brick is varied, rust to orange tones, the addition will be off the back of the family room, with a 18' extension. I'm thinking darker maybe better, thoughts?
