Amazing Box doesn’t work on my new computer. Please, help!

Hi All,

I have 3 machines: Brother PE-8500, old Artista 180 and Deco 340. Have been using Amazing box for years. Got a new Win 8 computer and the box doesn’t work anymore. Contacted Amazing box manufacturer and they ‘ve recommended Ultimate box from Vikant. I appreciate your advice.

Because your Win8 computer has 64bit processor. Best advice for pes designs=Brother PED Basic reader/writer & card. Will cost abt $100 or thereabouts. Check eBay, Amazon, Walmart on line for competitive pricing. The card will write oodles of designs at a time, and will erase for new ones. However, only writes pes format.

But, what about my Artista and Deco machines? Vikant claims that their Ultimate Box II will work with all of them.

If machines use dif formats, then the Vikant would be the way to go. Or buy used computer with 32bit processor and dedicate it to your embroidery and Amazing box. That is what I did with my Magic Box when I upgraded to Win-10.
