need help choosing a granite countertop for our kitchen

Hello all,

My wife and I are in a dilemma. We just replaced our flooring with Santos Mahogany. Our kitchen cabinets are all white and we are now having difficulties choosing countertop that would complement the white cabinets and the floor. We don't want to go too dark on the countertop so we were looking into kashmir white or some other variation of white granite.

Any suggestions?
