My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    the sofa is Mitchell Gold, Martin sofa, I have the same one in the same color, it's 90 inches long but has a slim profile so it's unobtrusive.

    It isn't the Mitchell Gold sofa, I was wrong. I can tell by the back cushions, on the MG sofa they're all the same size and shape. Sorry. I love the MG sofa, have had it for 5-6 years and it's still lovely.
