My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

what do I do with that metal bar under the chair?

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thank you for your purchase and inquiry. That metal bar is actually something you pull out and push in, it helps the chair lock and also be able to tilt back. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
