Thanks for asking! As best as I can recall, 30 inches. The hall bath was so small, and I wanted full access to the toilet area, that we went with the 'table top' design. It has No Back Legs, and is secured only to the wall in back, and we added outlets, light switches, and toilet paper holders(paper towel) under there for easy reach.

Thanks for your interest: I no longer live there, but as I recall the vanity is 30", plus the toilet area27 or 30" plus the tub (30"?) We left the vanity open underneath so that the toilet area did not feel too 'tight'. Also the TP holder is mounted UNDER the cabinet (not on the side), and the one piece toilet has a low-profile tank which helps to not crowd the vanity on the wall. It also helps that the toilet has NO WALLS beside it.
