Sanibel Store Facelift

We are under strict building codes here on Sanibel Island FL. This 55 year old retail store is in need of a new fasade. It is a jewelry Shell shop right now with furniture consignments through out the store. Awnings are great entrance in middle, signage could be changed... but city says no strictures can be built.
