My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I have lots of Pereskiopsis (more than just what's in this pic) I can cut up and trade. Mostly looking for euphorbs and stapeliads, but will consider anything. The stranger, the better. :)
I have several young mother of thousands plants, it is interesting because, while it does flower, it does not seed, growing small plantlets from nodes on its leaves. These are pictures of a mature plant I'm keeping and the young ones I'm offering.
