My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Does anyone know of a good source for fire pit rocks or glass instead of using fake logs? I've seen this look before used in a gas fire pit & it was really cool, but not sure where to find these rocks or glass rocks.

    Anyplace that sells fireplaces will sell this material, including stone yards.

    Be a little careful what kind of stones you put in a firepit. Some explode when heated, sending small sharp fragments flying.

    I concur with Anne, your local fireplace expert should be able to help. Find one at the National Fireplace Institute website: nficertified.org.
