My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello, the following is a suggestion from James Martin Furniture. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Regarding the drawers, you could suggest that the customer use WD40 on the guides. Please tell customer to use dry cloth to absorb any of the spray that may get on the wood vanity.

    Do all drawers/doors open? I would think the middle drawer does not for sink purposes. But do all the rest open? Thanks.

    You are right. The middle drawer does not open, but the two on the ends and the cabinets do open.

    Can the fixtures and knobs come in chrome instead of the dark metal look?

    Unfortunately, no, but they are easily removed and replaced with the hardware of your choice.
