My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for the kind words, Vallo! The best option for making changes to the plan locally will be the AutoCAD plan package. This electronic version of your plan set can be modified by a CAD professional with AutoCAD compatible software, rather than drawing and redrawing the changes by hand.
    We also offer in-house modifications where you can discuss your changes with our Designers and have the plans drawn to meet your needs before we ship them to you. More information about our Modification Services can be found here: http://www.dongardner.com/modify.aspx
