My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The siding is cement board panels (4'x8' or 4'x10') with cement board battens, both by Certainteed. James Hardie makes a similar product, but wasn't available in the long length. This material is fire resistant, durable, and low-maintenance.
