Back with updated plan

Thanks so much for all the feedback on my last post click here to see last design.

We hired a new architect and are still working on the interior floor plan and I wanted to run it past you again for feedback.

Once we get the floor plan finalized we will start putting in the details, I just want to make sure I have the spacing and layout correct. Just an FYI, the pantry isn't labeled, it is just off the kitchen heading toward the garage. We are still hoping to have space for a small upright freezer somewhere, not sure if it fits in this plan or not.

FYI - cross posted with building a home.

Will you have a basement? Our upright freezer is in the basement, and it's fine. Since we are not in it every single day, and our fridge is a side-by-side, the longer-term frozen food doesn't have to be so close. The SxS holds the staples I reach for often.

I'll bet you usually leave the laundry room door open, so why not make it a pocket door and keep it out of the way?
