Starting from scratch

We just moved to OKC and the majority of my garden stuff got sacrificed in the move. So I'll be starting from scratch this year. Can someone recommend a good place to shop for plants, etc? I'm hoping to attend the spring fling but won't have anything to swap. Also, does OKC have a free mulch site? In Tulsa you can go to the green waste dump and get a free load, I'm hoping they do it down here too.

following. I want free mulch. Call tree removal companies as another option. TLC nursery has a fair selection. More than the average place anyway. Probably more expensive too.
