Seramis clay granules?

Hi,
Has anyone heard of seramis clay granules? I was just looking at a video on Miss Orchid Girl on You Tube and she was doing an experiment between leca, bark and seramis.The porous seramis seems to wick water to the top of the media.I am interested in seramis because I wouldn't have to water my orchids in clay pots too often.I don't know if it's available in the US. If anyone has any info on seramis clay granules it would be appreciated. Thanks!
