We just purchased a 1913 condo that just had a simple kitchen and butlers pantry. The condo has hardwood floors with inlaid borders. I want to do a white or grey shaker kitchen but I am not sure of the flooring i should use in the kitchen that would make it as close to period as possible. Using wood isn't an option as if they aren't the same as the rest of the condo I don't want them.
