A good Design & Build company can do that for you. They can design it then turn around and build it. We recommend interviewing several, run background checks and confirm referrals. Go with the one you have the best comfort level with. As for ideas, keep in mind that when you hire a designer, you are buying their ideas. The good ones usually charge for their ideas, but they can often give you price ranges during your first meeting.
