The lights are from Artemide -- they're called the Tolomeo

Hi, lights pictured are the Tolomeo Wall Spot Light by Artemide. FYI, they are currently on sale (15% off) through 3/25/2013 at YLighting. Here is the link:

There are several different configurations of the Tolomeos. I prefer the ones with arms so you can direct the light where you want. You can see them all here:
