Where is this plant located in relation to light, and what type of light (e.g. direct sun in morning, dark corner, sun from 3-5 pm and bright rest of time). How close to the window. Now did you say it was last watered in JULY?????? These guys hen warm and actively growing in summer need a fair amount of watering. When mine are outside in summer and it is hot they would be happy if it rained on them every other day and the soil stayed moist. Certainly as a houseplant it would appreciate watering at least weekly in summer....maybe more if in good light and warm temps. Of course with cooler temps they prefer to be on the dry side or may rot, esp. during the winter "dormancy". To me that plant looks like it was kept too dry. The way the emerging pups look also seem to me like it is etiolated........not getting nearly enough light. The yellow is a mystery.......those leaves are pretty much toast. Almost looked like sunburn but I doubt it....they might be just shriveling and dying. Else you don't have a heater blowing directly on the plant do you? That peat based soil can be hard to soak when it is bone dry. I would put it in a bowl of warm water for a couple hours on a warm, sunny day to see if you can get the soil to wet again, then of course let it drain off the excess. In Spring maybe repot in a gritty soil mix that can be watered easier and have the water drain off. This will take at least a year to recover and look good again. Unless you have a strong sentimental attachment to this plant you may wish to purchase a new 'Moonshine', which is pretty common, and try again.
