Is it okay to mix roman shades classic flat w/valance shown in the dining room window, also sliding door with pure white roller shades in the 4 kitchen windows on the right? It's a open floor area so living room will have same roman shades as dining area.

    Would they both be white? If so, I think it could be weird to have non-matched styles in the same sort of material or color. The area in your dining room might be fun with a patterned shade instead of a solid roman. I see that most everything you have is creamy and neutral so perhaps a roman might be a nice place for a pop of color. Even something as simple as the shade below would differentiate these from your kitchen shades. Best of luck!!!
