My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Another CL rug

Poor DH...I was perusing CL late this morning and found this rug on CL. Offered the guy $400, settled on $550. We hopped into the truck and went straight there. I think I got a pretty good deal, even though it may not be perfect. It will definitely be better than what I have. We probably won't get it set up until next week, we are going to see DH at collage in Indiana on Friday. :)
