what is the difference between the black and graphite on oak colors?

I am trying to match an older version of this chair in black. my older chairs have a different base structure with an i-beam shape foot rest / lateral bracing. If the seat color matches my black ones I will purchase these in black or graphite on oak.

The black is a leather alternative upholstery, where as the graphite on oak is a stained wood. We would be happy to send along samples if you forward your contact information to Houzz.
