My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I don't have the plans handy and it's all custom-built, but here are some estimates:

    The total sunken area is approx 15' x 10'. Benches are 2' deep. Firepit is about 5' x 3'
