DIY Tiny 1/2 bath isn't scary anymore!

We moved into our 1958 house about a year ago. It has 1.5 bathrooms, which is about 2 less than our family of 5 needs. We remodeled the full bath as soon as we moved in, but our tiny, 18sqft 1/2 bath needed an overhaul too. It was what I called a "Silence of the Lambs" bathroom, and so creepy I wouldn't even use it. The back wall is concrete; we ended up taking two of the internal walls down the studs. Our plan is to convert it (and the adjacent laundry room) to a full bath in the next year or so, so we tried to do this simply and on a budget, knowing that it will get gutted again soon! We did the work ourselves: new floor, toilet, vanity, sink, faucet, tile, homemade tiled shelf/counter, Sheetrock, medicine cabinet, paint, light fixture, trim, and furnishings.
Total cost: $531

Vanity/sink is a tiny Lillangen from Ikea.
