it's a small 30 sqm space that has a kitchen area and a bathroom. it's completely bare when it's turned over to us in a few months. I want the place to be fully equipped too (with a bed, cabinets, dining area) should it be needed as an overnight place for a small group. but most of the time the place will be my work station where I'd be needing a desk and some organizers for my random stuff.
