My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Flooring is beautiful

Would you mind sharing type and stain on your flooring? It's beautiful!

    Thanks - this flooring is long-board fir (from Russia), to match the rest of the house. It had a reddish tint to it even before staining. The stain is MinWax Puritan Pine. Note, however, that new fir is VERY soft, and I don't think I'd recommend it unless you had an open floor plan and were trying to match existing floors. It "patinas" very quickly.
