Flooring for small cabin

We have a small 600 sf cabin on our property that we lived in while we were building. We're doing a small reno on it now to use for guest overflo, etc. I've been looking at vinyl plank flooring but just saw in another post that it shouldn't be used below 65 degrees. This cabin will not be continuously heated. We live in the PNW and aren't worried about pipes freezing, etc. We really don't have hard freezes. What's best to use for the floor when there's significant temperature change?
