This was a challenge. I put together a quick idea for you. Take the cabinets you can fit all the way to the ceiling so you can have some storage. The kitchen is too narrow for much storage so use 12" wall cabinets as base cabinets. An installer can put them on a frame on the floor so they will be raised up and have a toe kick. I also suggest an open shelf unit, or just shelving, above the sink and a bookcase unit for storage that again you would take all the way to the ceiling. Put your microwave above the range with a blower and get a 30" apartment refrigerator with end panels for your refrigerator and a cabinet above. This is about the best you can do with this space! Unless you can take out a wall somewhere! Good luck! Also I would suggest choosing a simple modern style cabinet and full access if you can afford it. This will maximize your storage and keep it clean and uncluttered.
