My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The hidden keyhole mount is what is standard. See picture with template. There is also the t-30 option that you must request and that is the coated screw to match through the face of the sign. See attached. picture (s). Please let me know if you have other questions.
