Hello,

I am looking for advice on how to furnish an apartment that is under construction at the moment. I am the type that likes to plan everything prior to completion. This unit will be for rent in a few years after we move out.

I have attached a few possible layouts for our furniture to fit the space. I am looking for your opinions on what would work best. We are also installing lights but I want to place them in an area where a future tenant could possibly put their dinning table if they want.

The issue I am dealing with is that we have a 60 inch tv, 72 inch buffet table, and a 108 inch couch. The TV would go over the buffet due to the amount of space we have. Any ideas are welcome! Thanks!
