I do not have the specification for the faucet, but the owner found it at a restaurant supply store. You should be able to find something like it at a similar store in your area.

We put a Chicago Faucet wall mounted faucet in our kitchen that was renovated in 2013; it replaced an older Chicago Faucet that had been in the kitchen since the 1960s and was still working great, we just wanted to update it to fit the new sink layout.
