Help with this Grass weed grow through mulch

Hi All, need your help should I spray Roundup to this grass like weed?

I have lay 3 - 4 sheets of newspaper under the mulch, and after a week these grass is growing up!

I did use white vinegar but seems the grass is not dying but still growing.

Please help.

That looks somewhat like Yellow Nut sedge and it is difficult to eradicate. Glyphosate products and vinegar do nothing to eliminate this sedge. If you have a small amount your best control is to dig them, including the rhizomes, (nuts), they grow from.

3-4 sheets of newspaper isn't enough to thwart some grasses, and too easy for something to poke a hole through before the grass is dead. Try corrugated cardboard, with generously overlapping seams. Don't put any holes through it to add other plants until you are SURE the grass under there is dead.

Ugh, that's what I get poking through my mulch. They need to be dig out from the root with a hand weeder.

Oh dear .. there seems a lot of work then..! I can see the whole garden with all these shooting up! But it is good to know what it is Thanks everyone!
