Alright, I just wrote something and then lost it, ugh. I am fairly new to gardening, and though I know things, I have yet to put any knowledge into practice ("knowing ain't doing"). Either way, I have a large area that I wanted to fill with Japanese Forest Grass, but Gold Bowels or Ice Dance carex was also suggested. In looking at these plants at the nursery and online, they are pretty expensive in large quantities. I thought that perhaps I could plant seeds, however, I can't find seed for these varieties anywhere. Am I able to sow any of them like I would my lawn or do they require special attention? Where could I find the seeds or a GREAT deal? Thanks!
